I have been trying to stay consistant with drinking my green juices and I have to be honest, it’s been difficult. With the weather finaling breaking, I just want to hangout al fresco and eat ummmm pizza. I know that I have to maintain a healthy nutritional balance so I’m getting back on schedule. Below is the recipe for Green Plus Goodies green juice that I had for breakfast this morning. Enjoy!
1 bag of spinach plus (spinach, baby bok choy, baby red and green chard)
1 healthy handful of asparagus
1 granny smith apple
1 piece of ginger
