I had the wonderful opportunity to attend Wanderlust 108 held in Washington, DC with Swisse – Australia’s No. 1 brand for vitamins and supplements. Wanderlust 108 is considered to be the “world’s only mindful triathlon.” What does that mean? Well, the event featured three mindful activities – Running/Walking, Yoga, and Mediation. Cool, right?
